1. Who we are, and who is responsible for what

Tactix is a team-management app for sports coaches, developed by Mohamed Amine Aouichi (Kuwait). It helps coaches manage rosters, attendance, training, evaluations and printable documents. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is protected.

Two different kinds of data pass through Tactix, and our role differs for each:

• Your coach account — your email address, coach name and subscription status. For this we are the data controller: we decide why and how it is used.
• The player and team information you enter — for this we are only a data processor. You, the coach (or the club or academy you work for), are the data controller. You decide what to record and why; we simply store it and show it back to you, acting on your instructions. Our obligations in that role are set out in the Data Processing Terms.

2. Data the app stores

• Account data: your email address and password (managed by Firebase Authentication) — or, if you choose “Continue with Google”, the email address and basic profile (name, picture) of your Google account. Plus your coach name and your licence/subscription status.
• Team data entered by you (the coach): team names, player names, jersey numbers, positions, dates of birth, residential zone, player and parent phone numbers, player photos, attendance records, physical measurements (height and weight), skill evaluations and free-text notes.
• App settings: language, theme and similar preferences, stored on your device.

Tactix contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking tools of any kind. There are no third-party SDKs collecting behaviour, no advertising identifiers, and no profiling. We collect nothing beyond what you type into the app and what is needed to sign you in.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train machine-learning models.

4. Where the data is stored, and international transfers

• On your device — the app works fully offline and keeps its data locally.
• In the cloud — when you are signed in, your data is backed up to Google Cloud, linked to your account and protected by access rules so that only you can read it. All transfers use encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, and data is encrypted at rest by Google.

We are based in Kuwait and use the following processors. Because of this, personal data of users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred outside those areas:

Neither Kuwait nor Qatar is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision. Transfers to those locations, and to the United States, are therefore made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum for United Kingdom users), together with the technical measures described in section 9. You may request a copy of the relevant clauses by writing to support@tactix-app.com.

5. Who we share data with

Only the providers listed in the table above, each acting solely on our instructions under a written contract. We do not share your data with anyone else. We will disclose data if we are legally required to, and if that ever happens we will tell you unless the law forbids it.

6. Players, children and your responsibilities as a coach

Tactix is designed for and sold to adult coaches. It is not directed at children, it is not listed in Google Play's Families programme, and children do not have accounts, cannot sign in, and are never contacted by us.

Coaches do, however, record information about players who are usually minors. When you do that, you or your club are the data controller and you are responsible for the lawfulness of that recording. In particular:

• You must have a valid legal basis for recording each player's data — in practice, the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, or the documented legitimate interests of your club.
• In the EU, the age at which a child can consent for themselves is set nationally between 13 and 16; below that age, parental consent is required. In the United States, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child under 13.
• You must tell parents and players what you are recording and why, and let them see, correct or withdraw it.
• You should only record what you actually need. The app does not require photos, phone numbers, home zone or notes — leave them empty where they are not necessary.

We support you in this: every field is optional except the player's name, all data can be edited or deleted from inside the app at any time, and a full export is available at any moment.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a coach has recorded your child's information without a proper basis, contact the coach or club first, since they control that data. You may also write to us at support@tactix-app.com and we will help identify the account holder and, where appropriate, act to have the data removed.

7. How long we keep data

• Team and player data — kept for as long as your account exists, because it is your working record. You can delete any part of it at any time; deletions reach the cloud copy on the next sync.
• Account data — kept while your account is active.
• After account deletion — your cloud data and sign-in record are erased immediately, and any residual copies in system snapshots are purged within 30 days.
• Email delivery logs — held by our email provider for a short operational period and then deleted; they contain only the address and the delivery result.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Most of these you can exercise yourself, immediately, inside the app: Settings → Save backup gives you a complete machine-readable export, and Settings → Delete account erases everything.

For anything else, write to support@tactix-app.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

If you are in the United States

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. The same in-app export and deletion tools satisfy these requests immediately.

We want to be unambiguous about the point these laws care about most: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We never have. Tactix contains no advertising and no tracking, so there is nothing to opt out of.

9. Security

• All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS; stored data is encrypted at rest.
• Database rules enforce that a signed-in coach can read and write only their own data — this is enforced on the server, not merely in the app.
• Passwords are never stored by us in readable form; authentication is handled by Google Firebase.
• Access to production systems is limited to the developer and protected by two-factor authentication.

If a personal data breach ever occurs, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it where the law requires, and we will inform affected users and controllers without undue delay.

10. Payments

Tactix Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play; activation codes are issued directly by us. Payments are processed entirely by Google — we never see or store your card or payment details.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will also tell you in the app or by email.

١. من نحن، ومسؤولية كل طرف

«تاكتيكس» تطبيق لإدارة الفرق الرياضية موجَّه للمدربين، من تطوير محمد أمين عويشي (الكويت). يساعد التطبيق المدرب على إدارة قوائم اللاعبين والحضور والتدريبات والتقييمات والمستندات القابلة للطباعة. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق وكيفية حمايتها.

يمرّ عبر التطبيق نوعان مختلفان من البيانات، ويختلف دورنا في كلٍّ منهما:

• حساب المدرب الخاص بك — بريدك الإلكتروني واسم المدرب وحالة الاشتراك. ونحن هنا المتحكِّم في البيانات، أي الجهة التي تحدّد أغراض المعالجة ووسائلها.
• بيانات اللاعبين والفرق التي تُدخلها أنت — ونحن هنا معالِج للبيانات فحسب، بينما المتحكِّم هو أنت بصفتك المدرب (أو النادي أو الأكاديمية التي تعمل لديها). أنت من يقرّر ما يُسجَّل ولماذا، ونحن نخزّنه ونعرضه لك وفق تعليماتك. وتُبيّن شروط معالجة البيانات التزاماتنا في هذا الدور.

٢. البيانات التي يخزّنها التطبيق

• بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تُدار عبر خدمة Firebase للمصادقة) — أو، إذا اخترت «المتابعة بحساب Google»، البريد الإلكتروني والملف الأساسي (الاسم والصورة) لحسابك في Google. إضافةً إلى اسم المدرب وحالة الترخيص أو الاشتراك.
• بيانات الفريق التي يُدخلها المدرب: أسماء الفرق، وأسماء اللاعبين، وأرقام القمصان، والمراكز، وتواريخ الميلاد، ومنطقة السكن، وأرقام هواتف اللاعب وولي الأمر، وصور اللاعبين، وسجلات الحضور، والقياسات البدنية (الطول والوزن)، وتقييمات المهارات، والملاحظات الحرة.
• إعدادات التطبيق: اللغة والمظهر وما شابهها من التفضيلات، وتُحفظ على جهازك.

لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع من أي نوع؛ فلا توجد حزم تطوير خارجية تجمع سلوك المستخدم، ولا معرّفات إعلانية، ولا أي تنميط. ولا نجمع شيئًا خارج ما تُدخله بنفسك في التطبيق وما يلزم لتسجيل دخولك.

٣. أغراض الاستخدام والأساس القانوني

لا تُباع بياناتك إطلاقًا، ولا تُستخدم لأغراض إعلانية، ولا تُستخدم في تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.

٤. أين تُخزَّن البيانات ونقلها دوليًا

• على جهازك — يعمل التطبيق دون اتصال بالإنترنت ويحتفظ ببياناته محليًا.
• في السحابة — عند تسجيل الدخول، تُحفَظ نسخة احتياطية من بياناتك على Google Cloud مرتبطةً بحسابك ومحميةً بقواعد وصول لا تسمح لغيرك بالاطلاع عليها. وتُنقل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفَّرة (HTTPS/TLS) وتُشفَّر أثناء التخزين لدى Google.

مقرّنا الكويت، ونستعين بالمعالِجين التاليين؛ ولذلك تُنقل البيانات الشخصية لمستخدمي المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة إلى خارج تلك المناطق:

لا تشمل قرارات الكفاية الصادرة عن المفوضية الأوروبية كلًّا من الكويت وقطر. ولذلك تتم عمليات النقل إلى هذين البلدين وإلى الولايات المتحدة بموجب الشروط التعاقدية النموذجية الصادرة عن المفوضية الأوروبية (مع الملحق البريطاني لمستخدمي المملكة المتحدة)، إضافةً إلى التدابير التقنية الموضّحة في البند ٩. ويمكنك طلب نسخة من هذه الشروط عبر support@tactix-app.com.

٥. مع من تُشارَك البيانات

لا تُشارَك إلا مع المزوّدين المذكورين في الجدول أعلاه، ويعمل كلٌّ منهم وفق تعليماتنا حصرًا وبموجب عقد مكتوب. ولا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى. وقد نفصح عنها إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، وسنُعلمك في هذه الحالة ما لم يمنع القانون ذلك.

٦. اللاعبون والقاصرون ومسؤولياتك بصفتك مدربًا

صُمّم «تاكتيكس» للمدربين البالغين ويُباع لهم، وهو ليس موجَّهًا للأطفال، وغير مدرَج ضمن برنامج «العائلات» في Google Play. ولا يملك الأطفال حسابات فيه، ولا يمكنهم تسجيل الدخول، ولا نتواصل معهم إطلاقًا.

غير أنّ المدربين يسجّلون بيانات لاعبين هم غالبًا قاصرون. وعند قيامك بذلك تكون أنت أو ناديك المتحكِّم في البيانات، وتتحمّل مسؤولية مشروعية هذا التسجيل، وعلى وجه الخصوص:

• يجب أن يتوفّر لديك أساس قانوني صحيح لتسجيل بيانات كل لاعب، وهو عمليًا موافقة موثّقة من أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني، أو مصلحة مشروعة موثّقة للنادي.
• في الاتحاد الأوروبي، يُحدَّد سنّ الموافقة الذاتية للطفل وطنيًا بين ١٣ و١٦ عامًا، وما دون ذلك تلزم موافقة ولي الأمر. وفي الولايات المتحدة، يشترط قانون حماية خصوصية الأطفال على الإنترنت (COPPA) موافقة أبوية موثّقة قبل جمع بيانات شخصية عن طفل دون سنّ الثالثة عشرة.
• عليك إبلاغ أولياء الأمور واللاعبين بما تسجّله ولماذا، وتمكينهم من الاطلاع عليه أو تصحيحه أو سحبه.
• سجِّل ما تحتاجه فعلًا فقط؛ فالتطبيق لا يشترط الصور ولا أرقام الهواتف ولا منطقة السكن ولا الملاحظات، فاتركها فارغة متى لم تكن ضرورية.

ونحن نعينك على ذلك: جميع الحقول اختيارية عدا اسم اللاعب، ويمكن تعديل أي بيانات أو حذفها من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت، كما يتوفّر تصدير كامل لها في أي لحظة.

وإذا كنت وليّ أمر وترى أنّ مدربًا سجّل بيانات طفلك دون أساس سليم، فتواصل أولًا مع المدرب أو النادي لأنهما يتحكّمان في تلك البيانات. ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا على support@tactix-app.com وسنساعد في تحديد صاحب الحساب، والعمل عند الاقتضاء على إزالة البيانات.

٧. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• بيانات الفرق واللاعبين — يُحتفظ بها ما دام حسابك قائمًا، لأنها سجلّ عملك. ويمكنك حذف أي جزء منها في أي وقت، وتنعكس عمليات الحذف على النسخة السحابية عند المزامنة التالية.
• بيانات الحساب — يُحتفظ بها ما دام حسابك نشطًا.
• بعد حذف الحساب — تُمحى بياناتك السحابية وسجلّ دخولك فورًا، وتُزال أي نسخ متبقّية في لقطات النظام خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
• سجلات إرسال البريد — يحتفظ بها مزوّد البريد لدينا مدةً تشغيلية قصيرة ثم تُحذف، وهي لا تتضمّن سوى العنوان ونتيجة الإرسال.

٨. حقوقك

إذا كنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة أو سويسرا

لك الحق في الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها ومحوها وتقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها، وفي تلقّيها بصيغة قابلة للنقل، وفي سحب موافقتك متى كانت الموافقة هي الأساس. ويمكنك ممارسة معظم هذه الحقوق بنفسك وفورًا من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حفظ نسخة احتياطية يمنحك تصديرًا كاملًا قابلًا للقراءة آليًا، والإعدادات ← حذف الحساب يمحو كل شيء.

ولأي طلب آخر راسلنا على support@tactix-app.com، وسنردّ خلال شهر واحد. ولك كذلك الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى هيئة حماية البيانات في بلدك.

إذا كنت في الولايات المتحدة

قد يكون لك، بحسب ولايتك، الحق في معرفة البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها والحصول على نسخة منها وتصحيحها وحذفها، وعدم التعرّض للتمييز بسبب ممارسة هذه الحقوق. وتلبّي أدوات التصدير والحذف داخل التطبيق هذه الطلبات فورًا.

ونودّ أن نكون واضحين في النقطة الأهم لدى هذه القوانين: نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نشاركها لأغراض الإعلانات السلوكية عبر السياقات، ولم نفعل ذلك قط. فالتطبيق خالٍ من الإعلانات والتتبّع، ولا يوجد ما تنسحب منه.

٩. الأمان

• تُشفَّر جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر TLS، وتُشفَّر البيانات أثناء التخزين.
• تفرض قواعد قاعدة البيانات أن يقرأ المدرب المسجَّل بياناته هو فقط ويكتبها، وهذا مطبَّق على الخادم لا في التطبيق وحده.
• لا نخزّن كلمات المرور بصيغة قابلة للقراءة إطلاقًا، وتتولّى المصادقة خدمة Google Firebase.
• الوصول إلى أنظمة التشغيل مقصور على المطوّر ومحمي بالتحقّق بخطوتين.

وفي حال وقوع أي اختراق للبيانات الشخصية، سنُبلغ الجهة الرقابية المختصة خلال ٧٢ ساعة من علمنا به متى اشترط القانون ذلك، وسنُعلم المستخدمين والمتحكّمين المتأثرين دون تأخير غير مبرَّر.

١٠. المدفوعات

تُشترى اشتراكات «تاكتيكس بريميوم» عبر Google Play، وتُصدر رموز التفعيل مباشرةً من جهتنا. وتُعالج المدفوعات بالكامل لدى Google — ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك أو الدفع ولا نخزّنها إطلاقًا.

١١. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

في حال تعديل هذه السياسة، تُنشر النسخة المحدَّثة على هذا العنوان مع تاريخ سريان جديد. وإذا مسّ التعديل حقوقك بصورة جوهرية، فسنُعلمك أيضًا داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
