These terms apply automatically whenever a coach, club or academy uses Tactix to record
information about players. They form the data processing agreement required by Article 28 of the UK and EU
GDPR. No signature is needed — but if your club requires a countersigned copy, write to
support@tactix-app.com and we will provide one.
1. Roles
You — the coach, club or academy using the app — are the controller of the player and team
data you enter. We — Mohamed Amine Aouichi, trading as Tactix — are the processor of that data.
For your own coach account data we are a controller in our own right; that is covered by the
Privacy Policy instead.
2. What we process, and for how long
- Subject matter and purpose: storing, displaying, syncing and exporting the team records you
create, solely to provide the Tactix service to you.
- Duration: for as long as your account exists, and no longer.
- Categories of data subject: players (usually minors), their parents or guardians, and coaching
staff you record.
- Categories of personal data: names, jersey numbers, positions, dates of birth, residential zone,
player and parent telephone numbers, photographs, attendance records, height and weight measurements, skill
evaluations and free-text notes.
- Special category data: Tactix is not designed to hold health data. Height and weight are recorded
for growth tracking. Please do not enter medical information, injuries or diagnoses in the notes fields — if
you do, you are responsible for the additional conditions that Article 9 GDPR imposes.
3. Our obligations
- We process the data only on your documented instructions. Your use of the app's features is that
instruction. We will not use your player data for our own purposes, and never to train machine-learning
models.
- Everyone with access is bound by confidentiality. In practice access is limited to the developer.
- We apply the technical and organisational measures described in section 9 of the
Privacy Policy, as required by Article 32.
- We assist you in responding to requests from players or parents, and with your obligations on security,
breach notification and data protection impact assessments.
- On deletion of your account we erase all the data; residual system copies are purged within 30
days. You can export a complete copy at any time beforehand from Settings → Save backup.
- We make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance and will cooperate with audits.
Given the size of this service, this normally means answering your questions in writing.
4. Sub-processors
You give general authorisation for the sub-processors listed in section 4 of the
Privacy Policy — Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions,
Play Billing) and Resend. We will announce any new or replacement sub-processor on this page at least
30 days in advance, and you may object; if we cannot resolve your objection you may terminate and
delete your account.
5. International transfers
Your data is stored in Doha, Qatar, and account emails are triggered from the United States.
Neither Kuwait nor Qatar has a European Commission adequacy decision, so these transfers rely on the
Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where relevant), which are incorporated into these
terms by reference. A copy is available on request.
6. Personal data breaches
We will notify you without undue delay, and in any event within 48 hours of becoming aware of a
breach affecting your data, with the information you need to meet your own 72-hour notification deadline.
7. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. Material changes will be announced
here with a new effective date and, where they affect your rights, in the app.

تسري هذه الشروط تلقائيًا كلما استخدم مدرب أو نادٍ أو أكاديمية تطبيق «تاكتيكس» لتسجيل بيانات
اللاعبين، وهي تشكّل اتفاقية معالجة البيانات التي تقتضيها المادة ٢٨ من النظام الأوروبي والبريطاني لحماية
البيانات. ولا تتطلّب توقيعًا، لكن إذا احتاج ناديك نسخة موقَّعة من الطرفين فراسلنا على
support@tactix-app.com ونزوّدك بها.
١. الأدوار
أنت — المدرب أو النادي أو الأكاديمية المستخدِمة للتطبيق — المتحكِّم في بيانات اللاعبين والفرق
التي تُدخلها. ونحن — محمد أمين عويشي، تحت الاسم التجاري Tactix — معالِج لتلك البيانات. أما
بيانات حساب المدرب الخاص بك فنحن متحكّمون فيها بصفتنا الأصلية، وتغطّيها
سياسة الخصوصية.
٢. ما نعالجه ومدّته
- الموضوع والغرض: تخزين سجلات الفريق التي تنشئها وعرضها ومزامنتها وتصديرها، لغرض تقديم خدمة
«تاكتيكس» لك حصرًا.
- المدة: ما دام حسابك قائمًا، ولا تتجاوز ذلك.
- فئات أصحاب البيانات: اللاعبون (وهم غالبًا قاصرون)، وأولياء أمورهم أو الأوصياء عليهم، والجهاز
التدريبي الذي تسجّله.
- فئات البيانات الشخصية: الأسماء، وأرقام القمصان، والمراكز، وتواريخ الميلاد، ومنطقة السكن، وأرقام
هواتف اللاعبين وأولياء الأمور، والصور، وسجلات الحضور، وقياسات الطول والوزن، وتقييمات المهارات، والملاحظات
الحرة.
- البيانات ذات الفئة الخاصة: التطبيق غير مصمَّم لحفظ البيانات الصحية؛ ويُسجَّل الطول والوزن لمتابعة
النمو فقط. فالرجاء عدم إدخال معلومات طبية أو إصابات أو تشخيصات في حقول الملاحظات، وإن فعلت فأنت المسؤول عن
الشروط الإضافية التي تفرضها المادة ٩ من النظام الأوروبي.
٣. التزاماتنا
- نعالج البيانات وفق تعليماتك الموثّقة حصرًا، واستخدامك لميزات التطبيق هو تلك التعليمات. ولن نستخدم
بيانات لاعبيك لأغراضنا الخاصة، ولا لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي إطلاقًا.
- يلتزم كل من له صلاحية وصول بالسرية، والوصول عمليًا مقصور على المطوّر.
- نطبّق التدابير التقنية والتنظيمية الموضّحة في البند ٩ من سياسة الخصوصية، وفق
ما تقتضيه المادة ٣٢.
- نساعدك في الاستجابة لطلبات اللاعبين أو أولياء الأمور، وفي التزاماتك المتعلقة بالأمان والإبلاغ عن
الاختراقات وتقييمات أثر حماية البيانات.
- عند حذف حسابك نمحو جميع البيانات، وتُزال النسخ المتبقّية في النظام خلال ٣٠ يومًا. ويمكنك قبل ذلك
تصدير نسخة كاملة في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← حفظ نسخة احتياطية.
- نوفّر المعلومات اللازمة لإثبات الامتثال ونتعاون في عمليات التدقيق، وهو ما يعني عادةً — نظرًا لحجم هذه
الخدمة — الإجابة عن استفساراتك كتابيًا.
٤. المعالِجون من الباطن
تمنحنا تفويضًا عامًا بالاستعانة بالمعالِجين من الباطن المذكورين في البند ٤ من
سياسة الخصوصية — وهم Google (خدمات المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والدوال السحابية
والفوترة) وResend. وسنُعلن عن أي معالِج جديد أو بديل على هذه الصفحة قبل ٣٠ يومًا على الأقل، ولك حق
الاعتراض؛ وإذا تعذّر حلّ اعتراضك جاز لك إنهاء الخدمة وحذف حسابك.
٥. النقل الدولي
تُخزَّن بياناتك في الدوحة، قطر، وتُرسَل رسائل الحساب انطلاقًا من الولايات المتحدة. ولا تشمل
قرارات الكفاية الأوروبية الكويت ولا قطر، ولذلك تستند عمليات النقل هذه إلى الشروط التعاقدية النموذجية
(مع الملحق البريطاني عند الاقتضاء)، وهي مُدرَجة ضمن هذه الشروط بالإحالة، وتتوفّر نسخة منها عند الطلب.
٦. اختراقات البيانات الشخصية
سنُبلغك دون تأخير غير مبرَّر، وخلال ٤٨ ساعة على الأكثر من علمنا بأي اختراق يمسّ بياناتك، مع
المعلومات التي تحتاجها للوفاء بمهلة الإبلاغ الخاصة بك والبالغة ٧٢ ساعة.
٧. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط لتواكب تغيّرات الخدمة أو القانون. وتُعلَن التعديلات الجوهرية هنا مع تاريخ سريان جديد،
وداخل التطبيق متى مسّت حقوقك.
