Option 1 — inside the app (immediate)
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, or with Google if you signed in that way.
Your account and cloud data are erased straight away, and a confirmation email is sent.
Option 2 — by email
- Send an email to support@tactix-app.com from the email address registered in the app.
- Use the subject line: “Delete my Tactix account”.
- You will receive a confirmation when the deletion is complete — within 30 days at most.
What gets deleted
- Your login account (email and password).
- Your entire cloud backup: teams, players (including photos and phone numbers), attendance records, evaluations, measurements and notes.
- Your licence activation record.
Residual copies in system snapshots are purged within 30 days.
Save a copy first
Deletion is permanent. If you want to keep your records, go to Settings → Save backup before
deleting — that produces a complete file of everything you entered, which also serves as your data export
under GDPR and similar laws.
Your other data rights
You can also ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or restrict how it is used. Write to
support@tactix-app.com and we will answer within one month. If you
are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority. Full detail is in the
Privacy Policy.
Note: data stored locally on your phone stays on the device until you uninstall the app or clear its
storage. Deletion is permanent — cloud data cannot be recovered afterwards.

الطريقة الثانية — عبر البريد الإلكتروني
- أرسل رسالة إلى support@tactix-app.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل في التطبيق.
- اكتب في موضوع الرسالة: «حذف حسابي في تاكتيكس».
- ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عند اكتمال الحذف — خلال ٣٠ يومًا كحد أقصى.
ما الذي يُحذف
- حساب الدخول (البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور).
- نسختك السحابية كاملة: الفرق واللاعبون (بما في ذلك الصور وأرقام الهواتف) وسجلات الحضور والتقييمات والقياسات والملاحظات.
- سجل تفعيل الترخيص.
وتُزال النسخ المتبقّية في لقطات النظام خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
احفظ نسخة قبل الحذف
الحذف نهائي. فإذا أردت الاحتفاظ بسجلاتك، افتح الإعدادات ← حفظ نسخة احتياطية قبل الحذف، فتحصل على
ملف كامل بكل ما أدخلته، وهو نفسه تصدير بياناتك المقرَّر بموجب النظام الأوروبي لحماية البيانات وما يماثله من
قوانين.
حقوقك الأخرى المتعلقة بالبيانات
يمكنك أيضًا أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو تقييد استخدامها، وذلك بمراسلتنا على
support@tactix-app.com وسنردّ خلال شهر واحد. وإذا كنت في المنطقة
الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة فلك كذلك تقديم شكوى إلى هيئة حماية البيانات في بلدك. والتفاصيل

ملاحظة: تبقى البيانات المخزَّنة محليًا على هاتفك حتى تحذف التطبيق أو تمسح بياناته من إعدادات الجهاز.
الحذف نهائي — ولا يمكن استعادة البيانات السحابية بعده.
